Where are your cabinets manufactured?

All of our cabinets ranges are manufactured in the UK.

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes we do. Our kitchen and bedroom installation team is available to use for most jobs, alternatively our customer can use us a supply-only store and we can work with any other installers and help them through the process of fitting one of our kitchens or bedrooms.

Do you offer a home measurement service?

Yes, we offer a free home measurement with an order, depending on the project we actually prefer to come out and measure to prevent any mistakes.

Do you offer a free design service?

Yes, every customer receives a free, no obligation plan, price and visuals.

Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens and bedrooms?

Yes, we pass on the manufactures guarantee for each product, please get in contact for any specific information.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major forms of card payments, cheques and bank transfers.

When do I need to pay?

Due to the nature of our business most of our products are made to order, because of this we ask for full payment upfront before processing orders.

How long does it take to get my new kitchen or bedroom?

This depends on the ranges you pick, it ranges from 2 to 10 weeks. If possible we like to leave roughly 6 weeks from ordering to the job start date.

How will my kitchen/bedroom be delivered?

You can either have the order delivered directly to your home address, or we offer storage of up to two weeks and delivery from us (this works well if you use our installers).

What if my product arrives damaged?

This is not a problem, all we ask from you is to send over an image of the damage (if our installers are on site they will usually spot any damages and report it for you). We will then organise a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.
